What makes a training video work on the floor
- One task per video. 60 seconds to 3 minutes. People remember one clear task, not a 40-minute course.
- Show, then say. Each step appears on screen as it is spoken.
- Plain words. Short sentences in Simplified Technical English style, so it works for people reading in a second language.
- Their language. Narration, captions and on-screen words in the worker's language.
- A quick check. Two or three questions that explain the right answer.
- Easy to find again. A QR code on the machine or notice board opens the video on any phone.
- Proof. Each worker signs off with their name; you export the records for audits.

How it works
- Send your procedure: SOP, PDF, slides or a phone video of the task.
- We write the script in plain words. You approve every line.
- We make the video in your brand, with narration and on-screen steps, in each language you choose.
- You get the videos, a quiz, a QR poster and sign-off records.
Questions
How long should a training video be?
For frontline work, 60 seconds to 3 minutes per task. One video, one task. Longer subjects are split into a short series that workers can watch one at a time.
What makes a good employee training video?
It shows one task step by step, uses plain words, has captions, is in the worker's language, ends with a short check, and is easy to find again on a phone at the job.
Do training videos replace hands-on training?
No. They make it faster and more consistent. Workers see the right way first, then practise with a supervisor. The video is also a refresher they can watch again.
Can training videos be used as proof of training?
Yes, when each worker's viewing and quiz result are recorded with their name and the date. Our videos come with a watch link, a short quiz and sign-off records you can export.
How much does a training video cost?
It depends on length, style, the number of languages, and whether you need filming. Done-for-you animated or slide-based videos from your existing SOPs cost much less than filmed productions. Ask us for a quote — the first sample is free.
